If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glamorous.ky
with clear photos and your order number so we may review and resolve the issue.
Electrical styling tools must be inspected upon receipt. Any faults reported after 48 hours may be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
